Nurse Call offers their own clients care and nursing in their own home environment.

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at our custom built office location in Newton Mearns 9:00-14:45, 5 weekdays per week.

Your key responsibilities as our Administrator will include the implementation and compliance of all administrative processes including processing invoices, reception duties, ordering supplies and taking minutes at meetings as well as maintaining the recruiting and maintainence of staff records.

You will deal with all administrative matters relating to the admission and discharge of clients. You will assist the Home Manager in the completion of weekly payroll and recruitment data for the management office as well as organising interviews and assisting with the on boarding process for new employees.

You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally and will preferably have experience in a similar administrative role and possess excellent organisational skills. Experience with processing payroll (SAGE) would be advantageous, but can be taught. You should be able to work on your own initiative and maintain confidentiality. You should have compassion with a caring demeanour and be smart in appearance. You should be experienced with MS Word, Excel and power point and have a genuine interest of working in a caring environment. Experience with online rota platforms would be advantageous but can be taught.
