An opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Administrator to join our team in a busy manufacturing company based in Sheffield S4 (Please note that there is no direct public transport to the premises). The right candidate will have experience using Sage accounting system (Minimum Sage 50 Professional) There are both Part-Time and Full- Time opportunities available in this Role.
What does the job involve?
- Delivering exceptional customer service via email, Telephone.
- Data entry onto Sage and Excel.
- Putting together quotations for customers.
- Producing and raising purchase order numbers, invoicing and goods receipting.
- Liaising with the production team.
- Diary Management.
- Other Ad Hoc administrative duties as and when needed.
Skills and Experience
The suitable candidate will have experience in a fast paced environment and will have excellent time management and organisational skills, and to also have a can do attitude. They will also require experience in:
- System Management.
- Bookkeeping (Advantageous)
- Record Keeping.
- Previous experience within a ISO9001 company would be an advantage.
- Good Sage 50 Professional + experience.
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office software packages.
- Team Player.
A DBS (Disclosure & Barring service) check may be required for this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22 per week
Salary: £12,500.00-£24,750.00 per year
