Dartington Music Summer School & Festival is an exhilarating four-week programme of concerts, events and residential music courses, set on the beautiful Dartington Estate in South Devon. Now in its 75th year, our Festival attracts hundreds of incredible artists and passionate music lovers from around the world in an immersive month of music making.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Production Intern to join our small team to ensure the smooth delivery of our busy programme of courses and concerts. We are family-friendly and provide enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption packages and flexible working options. You will be supported and encouraged to live a full life outside of work and your whole family can come and enjoy our award-winning destination with woodland walks, riverside trails, cafés, and restaurants and family-friendly activities, as well as free parking. Enjoy discounts at our Shops at Dartington, Barn Cinema, The White Hart, Green Table and Roundhouse Café. Perks also include special rates for private events, weddings, bed and breakfast, room hire and conference packages.

We believe that big ideas can make the world a better place. So our beautiful estate is home to a community of people who nurture new thinking, encourage learning and debate, and work every day to inspire one another.
