This is a full time entry-level position for someone looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment. You’ll work closely with senior members of staff, who will guide you through your new start, enabling you to develop further and grow within the business.
The role will be based in our London Office SE1

Job Description:
· General administrative duties including, but not limited to, answering telephone calls, and taking messages where necessary.
· Greet, engage with and properly direct all clients and guests.
· Ensure clients, candidates and other visitors experience a professional, welcoming and friendly reception, both in person and on the phone.
· Responsible for keeping the reception area/front office areas, meeting rooms organized and tidy.
· Maintaining central files, administering access cards.
· Ordering and managing inventory of office supplies, kitchen food items and facilities supplies.
· Assist with other related clerical duties.
· Support for other Administrative professionals, as needed.
· Arranging catering for meetings as and when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
