Office Admin & Billing Assistant
To provide a professional and fully comprehensive payments service; this will include supplier invoices and dealing with utility enquiries via email and telephone. Establishing a track record of being proactive in working with Utility suppliers on a day to day basis and maintain the excellent payment delivery that the team boasts. You will liaise with group staff on a regular basis, dealing with their enquiries as and when required.
- Invoicing/billing/administration experience preferred but not essential
- First point of contact within office and requires a polite telephone manner
- Educated Higher Grade standard (Mathematics and English) preferred
- Adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data
- Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
- PC literate - Solid knowledge of IT packages
- High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
- Ability to work under own initiative and organise, prioritise and manage own work load and apply instructions from Team Leader/Manager
- Ability to work productively in an extremely focused, concentrated and pressurized environment
- Strong customer focus with developed problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to proposing implementing process improvements
