The Role
The key objective for the role is to ensure that regular operational and admin tasks are handled smoothly and efficiently, and similar ad hoc work is taken care of reliably.
You will be supporting Finance, Operations, sales quoting etc. This role is ideal for someone who is great at getting stuff done efficiently, supporting others and who enjoys exposure to different tasks and areas of the business.
Skills and qualifications:
Proven verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare reports and budgets
Excellent filing and sorting skills and the ability to manage business correspondence
Bookkeeping skills and proficiency with relevant computer software
Rapid data entry, attention to details and good editing skills
Ability to operate office gadgets such as printers and copiers
Excellent people and customer service skills
Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people
