Overview
As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for a wide range of administration tasks assisting the Project Managers and reporting to the Directors. This role is initially a part-time position but there is scope to increase to a full-time position if that works for both parties. The hours are flexible as long as the business needs are being met.
To excel in this role, you will have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will be required to collaborate with clients, and our Supply Chain to assist in Project Delivery.
Main Duties
- Assist the Project Managers with Project Plans and Procurement
- Live Project Updates & Reporting
- Scheduling and planning of Reactive Works
- Assisting the Quantity Surveyors in Tender preparation and submission
- Liaising with Sub Contractors
- General office administration / filing etc.
- Manage WIP schedule
- Account management
What we are looking for
- Previous experience of working in an Administrative role
- Experience of Xero or similar finance software
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft 365.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, within all levels of the business and to external parties.
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Attention to detail
- Well organised and able to prioritise tasks
- A 'can do' approach to the various tasks being undertaken
- Professional telephone manner

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £20,223.00-£21,530.00 per year
