Executive Assistant to the CEO

Due to an internal promotion, we're seeking a new Executive Assistant to support our Founder and CEO, Bobby Thandi, and help XR Games continue its exciting journey. You'll be instrumental in providing the essential support Bobby needs to keep us moving forward, requiring superb communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Core Responsibilities:
- Inbox and calendar management
- Expense management
- Draft internal correspondence, presentations and reports
- Domestic and international travel planning and booking
- Meeting minutes and following up on action points
- Ad-Hoc requests
Required Skills:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite or equivalent
- Experience in complex inbox, calendar and expense management
- Ability to manage business sensitive information and confidential matters
- You have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to build long lasting, trusted relationships across all levels of the business
- Experience in planning, booking and creating detailed agendas for both UK and overseas trips

This role will require you to be in our Leeds based studio 5 days a week, unfortunately remote working is not possible for this role. If you are interested but don’t live in the area, we offer financial support to those looking to relocate.
