Job description
This is a office based role. We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability ti priorities and multitask therefore experience working with Microsoft Office is required.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and manage filing systems
- Answer phones and take messages
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Preparing documents
- Provide administrative support to staff members
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £10.72 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
