MPI Holdings is seeking a Office Administrator to join its busy office set in a beautiful countryside location.

About the Company
MPI Holdings Limited are an Internationally recognised Seafood and Rubber supplier for producers and processing plants around the World. Dealing with suppliers and customers on a global demand. Due to company growth, MPI are seeking an administrator / coordinator to support the small team in its busy office based in Bolney village.
The Role
Joining the team as an Office Administrator, you will be liaising and assisting all members of staff in their day to day roles. You will be responsible for admin tasks such as data entry, liaising with the inhouse sales team, the company’s suppliers and business customers. You will be assisting with general office duties, such as ordering supplies, logging deals and contracts, couriering documents and assisting the logistics coordinators with their tasks. The role will also include general filing, answering the telephone, assisting the MD and other managers of the company as and where required. There will be opportunities for you to move into the coordinator role which will see you manage your own portfolio of company contracts.
Candidate Requirements
The right candidate will have / be;
· A real, can do attitude
· Keen to learn new skills
· A good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel
· Extremely organised with a great eye for detail
· A quick learner and able to understand and keep up to date multiple databases
· Able to use and understand all Microsoft Office tools inc Excel, Outlook etc
· Excellent communication / customer service skills
· Experience with import / export a huge advantage but not critical
· The ability to work well under pressure (there will be deadlines that have to be met – set by logistical requirements)
· Due to location, a full UK driving license and own transport is essential
Hours and Salary
The role is a full time role between. Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm. The salary will be between £25,000.00 - £27,000.00 per annum. Immediate start for the right candidate. Company perks include a bonus scheme and health insurance.
