We wish to recruit a Trainee Surveyors to join our Commercial team based in our South Midlands Office
The successful candidate will work within the Commercial team and spend time working with our team of surveyors and buyers, assisting them with the procurement of materials and subcontract trades, re-measurement exercises and commercial administration.
Within the role you will work to a clear training plan on a recognised Apprenticeship programme (Construction Quantity Surveying Technician Standard). You will also carry out general administrative tasks designed to help you transition into a working office environment and develop your communication and teamwork skills.
We are therefore looking to recruit candidates with five GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths, English; or a Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Experience of working for a house building organisation or the wider construction sector is not essential but advantageous.
