We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and help ensure the smooth running of our office. This would be an excellent career opportunity for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing incoming and outgoing mail, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and other clerical duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a professional environment. The applicant must have a ‘can do’ attitude and apply confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails from customers.
- Maintain filing systems and records.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Greet visitors.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Update client data
Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Perform to strict time schedules.
- Comply with confidentiality rules.
- Manage workload and prioritise tasks.
- Be computer literate with the ability to learn in-house programmes.
- Banking background would be helpful.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £18,000.00 per year
