Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with prior customer service experience for an opportunity to join our team at Complete Cellar Solutions. You would be working with a team of 3 brewery installers and the company director in an office located in Norwich.
Please note this role is self-employed.
Key responsibilities:
- Speaking with customers to book appointments for jobs in the team diary
- Processing work on internet based system
- Logging and tracking equipment for stock taking
- Taking general enquiry phone calls from suppliers and customers
Skills & Experience
- Basic computer skills and knowledge
- Good telephone manner
- Previous customer service experience preferable
- Self motivated and organised
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 - 24 per week
Salary: From £12.00 per hour
