DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Includes but not limited to)
Ø Answer telephone calls and connect to the appropriate department / contact.
Ø General administrative duties – typing / printing / photocopying / scanning documents.
Ø Uploading and downloading documents
Ø Dealing with all incoming general enquiries.
Ø Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
Ø Meet and Greet Visitors and Clients.
Ø Signing for deliveries and issuing to appropriate member of staff.
Ø Booking Meeting Rooms when requested.
Ø Ordering of general office supplies and stationery.
Ø Raising orders for projects
Ø Arranging hire of equipment for projects
Ø Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.
Ø Any other administrative duties the Company may reasonably request.
Ø Knowledge of document hosting sites.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £15,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
