Office Administration Role
- handle incoming enquiries via telephone
- Processing purchase orders/posting purchase invoices
- Processing sales invoices
- credit control
- Stationary ordering
- Raising hire contracts
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Provide office administration support for the office team
The Person
- Fully competent administrative skills and ability
- Able to manage their own workload as required with minimum supervision
- Attention to detail
- Good people skills and phone manner when speaking with customers
- Pro-active and can-do attitude
- Strong competency using Excel, Word and other MS office applications
- Previous experience working with Sage is a bonus
- Ability to calmly manage customer enquiries
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- Desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a dynamic and fast growing business

Salary: £26,300.00 per year
