Adam Grooming Atelier, a leading luxury barbershop chain with 12 exquisite locations across Central London, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic full-time Office Administrator to join our head office team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer emails, providing superior customer service and professional correspondence.
  • Process online orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Manage procurement for all our stores, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of high-quality products.
  • Coordinate store orders and logistics to ensure a smooth supply chain across all our locations.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our operations team, including scheduling, data entry, and paperwork management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative support, ideally in a retail or customer-focused environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • A professional demeanour, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
