Our established client with over 20 years’ experience in delivering their services to the whole of the UK are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as Office & Accounts Administrator. This will be on an ongoing basis for 1 – 2 months with the potential to be extended or even made and you will work from their spacious offices on the outskirts of Gloucester. This is a varied role assisting both the Office Manager and Financial Controller in day-to-day tasks including administration of purchase ledger, the company accounts package, purchase order system and supplier database. You will be required to have a hands on approach and be willing to get stuck in to all areas of office administration. Our client are happy to look at applicants with some previous office experience and will provide full support and training on in house systems. Candidate Attributes: -Previous experience of working in an office environment -Self-motivated and able to use own initiative -A good understanding and experience of using Microsoft Office applications -Excellent time management and organisational skills -Effective written and verbal communication skills Hours: Monday – Friday, 30 hours per week, 9am – 3pm (hours could be negotiable for the right candidate) Salary: £10.47 per hour + free on-site parking Anderson Recruitment
