We are currently looking for an offal packer to join our small team. These roles are full time and permanent vacancies, an excellent opportunity if you are looking for secure and full time employment in the local area.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am until finish. Average 45 hours per week .
- To ensure that the offal product is processed and packed as per the offal packing procedure
- To ensure the product is processed through the metal detector as required
- To ensure the job is completed to production deadlines as well as maximizing yield and minimizing waste.
- To ensure continuous improvements in efficiency and complete all documentation as required by the Abattoir Manager
- To liaise with the relevant Manager on any product quality problems
- Any other duties as required
