This international investment office is seeking a private funds counsel to join its stellar team.

You will work within a small team of experienced lawyers (with top backgrounds) and you will advise on a range of issues including fund structuring, investment agreements, pooled vehicles, and general corporate and commercial matters for the group.

This is a unique opportunity to work within a highly successful business and team and become a full-service lawyer with unparalleled access to the business.

You will have a private investment funds background (ie, hedge, PE and/or private credit) from a top law firm or in-house, and you’ll be excited to roll up your sleeves and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
