Job description
The main responsibilities of the Legal Counsel include:
- Draft, negotiate and advise on a variety of commercial contracts with suppliers and customers
- Provide high quality legal support to the business in line with its objectives and the department's objectives
- Ensure compliance is fully up to date with all applicable law and best practice in the jurisdictions
Key skills and experience required:
- Possession of a Law Degree is essential for this role with knowledge of English law or other common law jurisdiction
- Minimum 1-5 years PQE
- Experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is required
