The main responsibilities of the Legal Counsel include:

• Draft, negotiate and advise on a variety of commercial contracts with suppliers and customers
• Provide high quality legal support to the business in line with its objectives and the department's objectives
• Ensure compliance is fully up to date with all applicable law and best practice in the jurisdictions

Key skills and experience required:

• Possession of a Law Degree is essential for this role with knowledge of English law or other common law jurisdiction
• Minimum 1-5 years PQE
• Experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is required
