*Essential Job Qualities* · Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information · Strong organisational prioritization skills; attention to detail · Strong communication skills- written and verbal · Excellent interpersonal skills, positive and flexible · Strong computer skills and ability to learn all programmes · To handle simultaneous projects, work independently and efficiently *Main Duties* * Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients, or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person · Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks * Ordering new office equipment, such as stationery, printer refills or staff uniforms · Managing an office’s general correspondence, including phone calls, emails and faxes · Developing and maintaining an effective filing system * Updating records on clinical projects following clients’ criteria * Typing letters, reports, and other business documents * Updating and maintaining records, both on paper and digitally * Arranging meetings on behalf of the staff, including booking meeting spaces and organising refreshments * Taking and distributing meeting minutes * Making travel and accommodation arrangements for staff * Responding to questions and requests for information * Generating memos, emails, and reports where appropriate
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
