Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate in Belfast. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive and exciting shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Recommend and upsell products based on customer needs and preferences
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment
- Monitor and replenish merchandise to ensure availability and presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
