We are looking for OEM Project Manager for workshop Department on a permanent /temporary contract based at Solihull, UK as a part of expanding the business activities of Upergy in UK.
Main missions:
Responsible to assess/evaluate the products coming from customers in order to understand the problems and to propose solutions and findings to the Sales & Technical Manager.
Reporting to the Technical Manager and you carry out the following missions:
· Identify potential technical issues and propose a creative / economic solution with a detailed report for validation to the Technical Manager
· Prepare technical (material specification / methodology / process) and commercial proposal and realization of 3D drawing with production plan
· Analyse data/information’s, technical issues and map out potential solutions to the problems encountered in consultation with his Technical Manager
· Research, evaluate and facilitation of service providers, technology subcontractors
· Ensure production planning and compliance with the schedule, notify the stakeholders involved in case of delay or changes
· Follow-up from production stage until delivery to the customer as per the schedule including management of risk associated with Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TMG)
· Test and validate the components, solution, product, cells with test benches and lab equipment · Monitor the supply of components and notify the relevant stakeholders if there is a problem (delays, quality, quantity, etc.) Proper training / orientation shall be provided for the rise in competence in your functions as well as your development in our company. Profile / skills required:
You have at least 7 years of experience in relevant field i.e Battery or Industrial or Production or Manufacturing
You are proficient with computer tools, in particular: MS Office tools. You are Mastery of 3D Modelling design Software – Solidworks as well as effective communicator (oral / written) to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
Able to handle multi-task in a fast paced working environment. The individual with customer service mind-set, energetic and resilient under pressure. Also able to collaborate on digital functions or social media marketing networks to build a rapport with the customers. An active listener with good interpersonal and analytical skills and has the ability to interact well with customers / colleagues

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
