An exciting opportunity for the position of Occupational Therapy Technical Instructor (TI, Band 4) has arisen in our Occupational Therapy, Older People Community (mental health) Team, based at Rochford Hospital. Patients receive personalised Occupational Therapy interventions at home, to prevent hospital admissions, and to enable them to remain living as long as possible in their own homes.
