A rare secondment opportunity to join the inpatient services at Secure Services at Moorlands View in Bradford. The post holder will cover a 12 month secondment period providing operational management and clinical leadership to the OT team, whilst supporting clinically on the inpatient wards. The OT team work as part of a larger multi-disciplinary service providing care and treatment to service user's.

The service is recovery focused and works collaboratively with the service users within an inpatient setting to support them reaching their full potential and enable safe discharge.

Experience of managerial or supervisory responsibilities is required with an ability to demonstrate patient centered practice.
