This is an exciting opportunity to take a lead role as an Occupational Therapy Team Lead to further develop the Older Adult Mental Health Occupational Therapy Service across NHS Forth Valley.
We would welcome applications from occupational therapists who have a drive to improve services, support staff wellbeing and have a strong collaborative approach to care.
You will have responsibility for the supervision, education and development of other team members. You will provide specialist resource to other staff, patients, carers and carry a varied complex caseload incorporating patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharge or onward referral. You will have an active involvement in clinical governance, clinical effectiveness and research.
The successful candidate(s) will be HCPC registered as an occupational therapist. The ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
NHS Forth Valley is embracing contemporary working. As and when required the post holder will be expected to participate in twilight or weekend working.
