We have exciting opportunities within Adult Social Care in the following Team.
Community Occupational Therapy - Central
You will be part of the Community Occupational Therapy Team in Central Lancashire, undertaking home visits and assessments to identify equipment and adaptations within the home to reduce risks and increase independence for people in need of support.
You will be working alongside Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Social Care Support Officers.
