Dept®️ is looking for a Digital Operations Analyst to join our Manchester team to help improve business and project efficiencies through data analysis and closer working relationships with key internal teams. As Digital Operations Analyst, you will be the Dept®️ Insights 'expert' which is our internal, projects database. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboard and reports that will help us understand how the business and projects are performing. Identifying trends and reporting on areas for improvement is key.

This is a hands-on role that requires you to work closely with Operations, Project Managers, Finance and team leads, to add context to the data. A close relationship with third parties such as external recruiters is also an essential part of the role.

YOU:

  • A skilled individual who is experienced in creating and interpreting data reporting for senior business teams and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; both for reporting and analysis
  • Have experience of working on enterprise project tracking and data warehouse systems
  • Become the OpenAire "Master User" for DTUK, and will train new users of the system, as well as controlling project creation
  • Be in control of the timesheet process for the business team
  • Able to support the month close and revenue recognition process; including invoicing our clients
  • Be the main point of contact with external recruiters; including contract creation and rate negotiation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills – written and oral
  • Able to organise your own tasks and responsibilities
  • Fast learner who can understand the changing business needs of a digital agency
