Job description

Objective:

To pick and pack ready for dispatch, customer tile orders

To undertake a wide range of warehouse duties including housekeeping.

Main Duties:

• To ensure that all picks are completed accurately and in line with KPI’s
• To quality check goods before picking for dispatch, ensure there is no damage, and nothing is missing
• To prepare the pick for dispatch to customers – palletise and shrink wrap according to company standards
• To take full ownership of workload, prioritise, organise and act to deliver solutions
• To keep the work environment clean and safe by good housekeeping and adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Any reasonable duties requested by management

Skills:

• MLOP, LLOP, preferred but inhouse training will be given
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
• Ability to work to procedures and guidelines
• Experienced in manual handling
• Accuracy
• Physically fit and strong as heavy lifting will be a daily occurrence

1 Saturday in 5 on a rota basis for a day off in the week

Opportunity to earn £200 per month productivity bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.86 per hour
