Here in Southwark we are unique in that we have occupational therapists working in many teams; in Older Persons and Physical Disabilities, Telecare and Assistive Technology, Mental Health and Children’s Service.
About the role:
Due to increased demand, we are seeking new Occupational Therapy talent who wish to develop their community skills. We are determined to provide people in our community with a lifestyle that helps me live their lives with the support they need and we find a way to deliver on this for each and every one.

About You
You will be HCPC registered OT with at least one UK recognised OT qualification
You will have:
Knowledge of OT theory, specialist assessments and interventions
Experience of working with people with disabilities, including 1:1 work, identifying needs and planning and implementing treatment.
Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team and with multiple agencies to facilities holistic assessments and working collaboratively to support people to achieve their goals and maximize independence
Extensive knowledge and experience of using a range of Occupational Therapy solutions to promote independence
