Reporting into the Portfolio Optimisation Manager once trained, you'll ensure that during project lifecycles the project is focused on delivery, escalating
Lead your store in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations including the monitoring of store
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. Asking customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root cause of the problem.
