About the Role:
We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an Organization and Improvement Expert to join our dynamic regional HR team based in Greenford. We are seeking an individual who thrives in collaborative environments, embraces teamwork, and possesses a can-do attitude. As the O&I Business Partner, you will support the operation of the UK&I Model and contribute to the development and implementation of organizational Group, Area, and Region projects. This includes organization design, organization development, and change management, ensuring the successful deployment of the O&I methodology.
Main Responsibilities:
As O&I Business Partner, you will support UK&I management in identifying and addressing key organiaational issues in line with Group and Area organisational guidelines. This includes conducting grading evaluations to assess the performance of individuals and teams.
Organisation Development:
The focus of organisation development, with your expertise, will be to proactively assist specific functions/sub-functions in terms of structuring, role design, and recommended sizing. Your role will involve defining and spearheading projects and initiatives to successfully implement the necessary changes. You will conduct thorough organizational assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of functions and ensure the maintenance of existing structures. By performing comprehensive internal and external benchmarking, you will ensure that best practices are identified and incorporated. Furthermore, your expertise will contribute to business process reengineering efforts aimed at enhancing overall efficiency. Another crucial aspect of your role will be to engage and secure approval for organizational and management consulting, leveraging your knowledge and skills to drive effective change.
Change Management:
As part of your role, you will provide valuable change management methodologies and support, playing a crucial role in facilitating successful change initiatives. You will utilise your expertise to assist the business by presenting compelling arguments and rationales, guiding the change process and ensuring its smooth implementation. Your input will be instrumental in effectively navigating the organisation through periods of change and fostering a positive and adaptive environment.
Project Management:
As part of your role, you will actively contribute to the successful implementation of organisational projects at the function/region level. You will have the opportunity to participate as a valuable team member or even in a steering committee for impactful transformation projects. In this capacity, you will be responsible for updating and creating organisational charts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date representation of structures within the HR Org Chart. Additionally, you will play a key role in preparing standard role profiles and maintaining the job catalogue, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization. Your diligent efforts will involve closely monitoring project progress within your specific area of responsibility, ensuring timely completion and effective outcomes. Furthermore, you will provide valuable support to HR Business Partners in tracking the development of structures, contributing to the overall success of the projects and the organisation as a whole.
Governance:
In your role, you will play a pivotal part in planning, designing, and monitoring the function/region group governance mechanisms. You will take charge of ensuring that crucial decisions and processes are properly structured and involve the relevant stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing policies for key function/region processes and coordinating compliance checks to ensure adherence to standards. As an essential support to management, you will actively contribute to the successful implementation of governance practices at the region level, further strengthening the organisation's overall effectiveness and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience. In addition to:

- The candidate should have highly developed analytical capabilities and experience working in complex, multi-tier, matrix organizations.
- Being highly organized and capable of handling multiple sources of information is crucial.
- The candidate should also have a proven ability to communicate and present information clearly and concisely.
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines is important.
- A deep understanding of HR principles and experience in project management are desired. Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills is required.
