John Bell & Croyden is a large, premium Pharmacy and Wellbeing store in London W1.
We are committed to providing professional, holistic health advice whilst offering the best products from across the globe. Our product range includes pharmaceuticals, vitamins & supplements, medical & independent living aids, skincare and luxury bath products.
We are currently looking for a qualified Nutritionist to join our Sales team and fill a full-time position.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year retail experience and a background in Nutritional Studies with a full qualification and AfN certified.
The right candidate will also possess excellent communication skills as well as proven track record in providing impeccable customer service and generating sales. To be a good fit for our retail team you are a multitasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You are also have a positive approach and enjoy working within a team. You must have full availability to support designated shift schedules Sunday-Saturday between 08:30am to 8pm.
Job Purpose:
On the sales floor, it's all about excellent customer service. As a Sales Advisor/Nutritionist, you are a multitasker who enjoys being on your feet. You are also a positive and friendly person with a fantastic sense of togetherness. You have great organisation and time management skills and enjoy working with a team of people who are just as interested looking after the wellbeing of customers as you are.
Main duties will include:
Providing exceptional customer service and at times be required to support the Customer Experience team dealing with customer queries
Provide general advice and guidance to our customers
Maintaining store presentation standards
Attending training sessions
The successful applicants must have:
- At least 1 year experience of working in Nutrition or Pharmacy or Retail
- Good communication skills
- Passion, enthusiasm and empathy
- Effective team working skills
- Experience in providing a high standard of customer service
- A good understanding of retail
- Ability to work to a flexible monthly rota (included BH and weekends)
