Job description
First Bus are looking for a Park and Ride Customer Service Assistant to be based at our Leeds Hunslet depot!
Ensure the delivery of our bus service meets and exceeds the expectation of customers by co-ordinating and liaising with customers colleagues and stakeholders (depot and central service delivery teams and Metro personnel)
Responsibilities
- Focus at all times on delivering a service to our customers that meets their expectations
- Support driving staff in resolving their queries in order to allow them to meet our service delivery commitments for the benefit of customers
- To monitor the morning and evening peak operation at Park & Ride sites and assist customers
- To open and close Park & Ride sites and report on the condition of these facilities
- Respond to and solve any customer queries and complaints that arise whilst on duty
- Engage with customers to ensure that First's services are promoted in the most positive light
- Liaise with the depot and central service delivery teams to ensure that any potential service failures are anticipated and resolved
- Report on the quality and cleanliness of buses and address any immediate concerns
- Co- ordinate services in the event of any emergency situations
- To co-operate with Metro staff in the operations of all First Bus services from Leeds City Bus Station
