Job description
There are educational entry requirements to commence the foundation degree apprenticeship, however, if you do not currently possess these; you can join us as a healthcare support worker (See Current vacancies | CUH Careers) and be supported to undertake functional skills training to support future application whilst you are in our employment. You must also: Be available to work a variety of shifts across a 7 day period on a roster basis; this includes night shifts, weekends and public holidays for which there are payment enhancements on top of basic pay. Have a right to work in the UK, or for EU citizens hold pre-settled or settled status and have been a UK or EU resident for the last three years or have indefinite leave to remain with documents that are not due to expire during the duration of the apprenticeship contract. Applicants must also not already have a qualification at a higher level within the same subject matter.
