Outpatient services are growing and there has never been a better time to join our team as a Nursing Assistant. We are searching for a person who is passionate about patient care with the enthusiasm and drive to help in the Trusts’ quest to take the busy outpatient services at East Surrey Hospital forward into the future.

You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different situations as they arise. You will be part of a nursing support team delivering high quality patient care to the residents of Surrey and Sussex. Ideally you will already have experience working in a caring environment. You will be encouraged to develop your knowledge in nursing support across a variety of specialties and be given the opportunity to gain new skills.

We provide emergency and non-emergency services to the residents of East Surrey, North-East West Sussex, and South Croydon, including the major towns of Crawley, Horsham, Reigate and Redhill; a community of over 535,000 people. We provide acute and complex services and a range of outpatient, diagnostic services whilst Crawley Hospital and Horsham in West Sussex and Caterham Dene Hospital and Oxted Health Centre in Surrey provide less complex planned services.
