We are looking for highly motivated Maternity Care Assistants or Nursery Nurses to become part of the Maternity Team. In this role you will work closely with and support the Midwifery Teams to give person centred care to mothers and babies within the directorate and in the community.
Applicants must possess an SVQ Level 7 or Maternity Care Assistant CertHE qualification. Previous experience with newborns is desirable. Basic IT skills would be advantageous. In-house training will be given, as appropriate, to the successful candidate(s).
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post as community/cross site working may be required.
