Job description
The Orchard Nature Nursery Limited are seeking a passionate practitioner to join our Willow Suite (0-2 years) to offer Maternity Leave cover from mid July 2023. This position may become permeant. We are a child led, play based setting who prides itself in offering children a true home from home experience. We offer outdoor play at all ages and enjoy exploring the beautiful estate we are based in.
Responsibilities will include:
- supporting children's play based child led learning
- ensuring children's personal needs are met at all times
- support the daily running and administration of the day, eg planning and learning files
- ensure health and safety standards are met at all times
- maintain positive relationships with children and their families
- respect and develop children's life experiences
- be flexible
- hard working
- self motivated
- prepared to help wherever needed
- act as an ambassador for the service.
Applicants should hold a relevant childcare qualification. Post will be subject to a PVG.
