We are recruiting forward thinking dynamic community nursery nurses to be part of a bespoke team to work with our most vulnerable families. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver child focused care supported by a team of experienced supportive health visitors. You will work within a busy team to deliver key public health themes to preschool children and families.
You will participate in the the delivery of the healthy child programme as delegated by the health visitor. This would involve giving support and advice on behaviour, weaning, play and stimulation, speech and language development, sleep management, toilet training and support positive parenting.
Nursery Nurse Band 4
You must be professional with attention to detail. You should be able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team. You will be expected to key health promotion activities and targeted work with families as delegated and feedback to the health visitor.
A comprehensive induction period with relevant training will be available to the successful candidates.
We have robust supervision and support including access to Professional Nurse Advocates, and excellent opportunities for further development from our learning and development team.
