Job description
- To know and understand all Nursery policies.
- To know and understand all welfare requirements
- To be well presented at all times
- To be punctual and reliable
- To work as part of a team
- To liaise closely with the manager in implementing all Nursery Policies
- To understand and implement room timetables
- To keep up to date with Nursery topics and centre activities around this months topics
- To be responsible for key children assigned and ensure that their learning and development follows EYFS Curriculum
- To liaise closely with parents and update them daily on their child’s progress
- To participate in regular updating of daily diaries by all staff members
- To attend monthly staff meetings
- To help the management team prepare the nursery for Open Days
- To participate in routines of nappy changing and diary writing
- To share any information regarding new starters and any allergies etc they may have
- To participate in checking procedures to ensure children receive their own milk etc and methods of identifying unlabelled bottles
- To ensure that ratio’s are adhered to at all times
- To participate in cleaning and ensure the room(s) are clean and tidy at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£24,500.00 per year

Experience:
- Nursery Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 2 Childcare Certification (preferred)
- Unqualified with Passion to work with Children (required)
