Job description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Nursery Manager at our HA3 setting. The Nursery Manager will provide strong leadership, successfully manage the day to day running of the nursery and deliver high quality care and education to all children.
The succesful candidate will have exceptional planning and organisation skills, use IT effectively and keep clear records. Being an excellent and effective communicator is essential. The Nursery Manager will motivate, manage and work productively within the team and be an outstanding representative of Apple Tree. Supporting and working collaboratively with parents and outside agencies to ensure the best outcomes for all children is an integral part of the role.
The successful candidate will be able to self-reflect, evaluate the quality of the provsion and strive for continuous improvement of the setting. To facilitate inspections by regulatory bodies and implement any recommendations will also be part of the role.
