Data Analyst - Fixed Term for 24 Months
Based from Head Office, Newport Road, Cardiff.
37 hours per week (agile working)
£34,900pa
The Opportunity:
Linc Cymru are offering the opportunity to join our team as a Data Analyst, working within the Asset Management team covering South Wales.
What we need from you:
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent post graduate qualification or equivalent senior level experience.
- Post-graduate qualification in relevant IT / data management or property management discipline or equivalent (desirable).
- Analyse and report data to support the decision process.
- Problem solver
- Be able to research data and interpret and report the results to a wide variety of audiences.
- Produce statistical and compliance reports required by Regulatory bodies to a high standard.
- Able to work to deadlines.
- Experience in producing monthly KPIs.
- Knowledge of statutory requirement and best practices and keeping up to date on latest legislation.
