We are looking for Newly qualified Nurses/ODPs, Anaesthetic nurses, nurses and ODPs who want to join us at the cutting edge.

Main duties of the job
Support colleagues and foster a learning culture which values high quality safe patient care.
Work in partnership with Theatre colleagues to ensure multi-disciplinary team work in achieving agreed, common goals / outcomes across all theatre specialities.
Support the development of nursing / ODP staff across NUH.
Flexibility and strong organisational skills.
Enthusiastic and motivated to improve services.
Working for our organisation
We practice multi-skilling and are looking to recruit a dynamic Practitioner who wishes to develop their practice in either anaesthetic and/or surgical scrub support. Theatre experience is preferable but not essential.
You will have a flexible attitude to work and be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
All persons appointed to the post are required to hold registration with their appropriate professional regulatory body and to comply with their professional code of conduct. Evidence of on-going registration will be required.

Salary: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.

ID and Right to work checks: NUH authenticate ID and right to work documentation including passports and driving licenses through a system called Trust ID. I also consent to the Occupational Health Department confidentially accessing my occupational health records from my current or previous employer in order to check the status of my vaccinations, immunisations s and screening tests as relevant to the post. - Disclosure and Barring Service: Your post maybe subject to a DBS check which incur a cost dependent on the level of check required (£41.90 for enhanced and £21.90 for standard). I agree to reimburse Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust the cost of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check if it is required (by deduction from first month’s pay). Should I decide to withdraw from my job offer, I agree to reimburse Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust the cost of the DBS check undertaken by cheque or other agreed method.
