Join Our Dedicated Team as a Unqualified Nursery Practitioner

Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you have a genuine love for working with children and helping them grow and develop? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Unqualified Nursery Practitioner.

At Climbing High Nurseries, we are committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children in our nursery, aged 6 months to 4 years.
  • Create a safe and supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities, ensuring a balance between structured learning and free play.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating their achievements to parents or guardians.
  • Follow and implement safeguarding and health and safety policies at all times.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and a willingness to learn on the job.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A caring and compassionate nature, with the ability to provide individualised support to each child.
