About our Nursery
Busy Bees Day Nursery and preschool at Salisbury York House are proud to hold Ofsted rating OUTSTANDING. The warm and friendly team look forward to welcoming a new Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner, assisting them in giving our children the best start in life. Working full-time or part-time (10-30 hours).
Our nursery is in central Salisbury, walking distance from local shops and close to train and bus links. We are a close knit, friendly team with great opportunities for learning or progression if this interests you.

As a Nursery Practitioner, we offer a salary starting from £22,360 for level 2 and £22,880 for level 3 per annum, plus you will also be entitled to:

What to expect as a Nursery Nurse/Educator
- As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
- Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
- Ensure we encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
- And most of all…have FUN!
*To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse*
