NQ Corporate Lawyer Our client, a unique and niche law firm, who provide professional business and commercial services across the Yorkshire and surrounding areas are looking to appoint a NQ Corporate Lawyer, to join their affluent team on a full-time based in their office within the East Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven NQ Solicitor to handle a mixed caseload of high-quality corporate work. The firm are ideally looking for an NQ with some understanding of corporate transactions and commercial s, you will have the opportunity to work with high calibre entrepreneurial start-ups through to well-established multi-million pound turnover companies. This is a small practice and will provide a gateway to great exposure into the corporate world, as you will have the support from an experienced Solicitor & Director who you will work closely with. The client base will be predominantly within healthcare, dental-care, IT and manufacturing and you will also have exposure in drafting JCT agreements. There is no pressure on initial billing targets and there is a flexible, agile working structure in place. You will have great communication skills with both clients and colleagues, demonstrating an ability to build relationships and provide high-quality service. Excellent drafting skills, attention to detail and knowledge of transactional processes will be key in this role.
