Are you looking for a new role to progress in your career? Would you like a new challenge with a successful business to business food manufacturer. My client is looking for a NPD Manager to join their team.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of NPD, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Leading NPD and EPD projects
Liaising with internal and external parties for projects
Developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure effective control and management of all project briefs
Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and tier 1 customers
Supporting wider team with sample creations, conducting trials, and production evaluation, when required

The Candidate:

Essential to come from a food manufacturing background
Strong knowledge of Stage Gate
Management experience
Confident and adaptable individual

The Package:

c£50,000
Contribution for relocators
