NOTARIAL CLERK JOB DESCRIPTION
NOTARY.CO.UK are a friendly and busy firm of notaries based in Victoria, central London.
We are looking for an individual to work closely with our Notarial Clerks to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the firm.
This role is specifically to assist with enquiries and emails.
The successful individual will work remotely and be responsible for managing our Inbox, replying to new enquiries and existing matters, handling enquiries via WhatsApp and PureChat, and telephone when required
We aim to respond to enquiries promptly, and so the candidate will need to be able to manage their time effectively and be organised to ensure emails are processed without delay.
The working hours will be 09:00-18:00 each day - Monday to Friday. The individual will be entitled to an hour for lunch.
The salary will be between £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The candidate will receive training at our Victoria office prior to starting to work remotely. Additionally, they will be provided with training materials. Once the candidate is comfortable working remotely, they will be given a laptop to start working independently.
This role would be suitable for someone with excellent English language skills, customer service, drafting, and organisational skills. A knowledge of law, or working with law firms, would be useful but is not essential. The candidate should be comfortable working on their own, but also confident communicating with team members in the office regularly. The candidate should also be self-motivated, and enjoy this type of work.
