We are looking for a multitasker to work in our very popular family photography studio.
We need someone who loves to chat with, with purpose, on the phone, in person via email - A multi tasker who will:
- Need to book our diary as a telesales caller (no cold calling)
- Promote and sell vouchers on exhibition sites
- Occasionally visit and maintain relationships with our corporate partners
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Making outgoing calls to book people in for their photo shoots
- Take incoming calls and booking people into the computerised diary
- Deal with incoming enquiries via phone, email and social media
- Greeting customers in reception
- Giving finished products to clients
- Taking payments, both in person and over the phone
- Keeping studio and reception area tidy
- Driving to exhibitions and events on occasion to sell photography vouchers face to face
This job will involve being on the phone the majority of the time so an excellent telephone manner is a must. Must have the ability to chat with all manners of people. Must be friendly and enthusiastic at all times. Must be computer literate.
The role involves no cold calling. You will be calling warm leads only.
Hours of work are:
Every other Tuesday - 10am-6pm
Wednesdays - 12pm-8pm
Thursdays 12pm-8pm
Fridays - 10am-6pm
Saturdays - 9am-6pm
Every other Sunday - 9am-6pm
