Job Summary
We have a great opportunity for someone looking to continue or further their career in general practice.
In this role you will help improve and manage patient care, by implementing and ensuring the smooth running of the practice’s digital healthcare technology solutions. You will ensure that data quality is not compromised and produce data for QOF, CQRS, IIF, LTC reviews and operate a programme of recalls to support the health of our patients and ensure they receive the right care at the right time.
Job responsibilities
· To support practice staff and patients in the use of digital healthcare
· Support the deployment of new technologies to patients and staff
· Act as a point of contact for digital enquiries for patients and staff
· Assist with developing new protocols to drive efficiency
· Work with colleagues and providers to troubleshoot digital issues for patients and staff
· Work with colleagues with regard to common digital health opportunities and new ways of working
· Support the management of population health through identification of patients by running regular reports and audits
· Maintain a regular overview of population management achievements to ensure continued clinical performance
· Provide support to the practice team for patients with long term conditions and managing the recall system
· Manage the practice reporting systems
· Support the administration of clinics
· Monitors the standards of data through regular audit
· Support staff to ensure all work processes are efficient and effectively contributing to clinical performance
- Ensure that The Data Security and Protection Toolkit is updated every year, and that resulting development plans are delivered throughout the practice to all staff.
- Support the updating of the practices patient communications e.g. website, NHS Choices, patient surveys
· To keep up to date with new contract arrangements for QOF; IIF and enhanced services
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
Salary: From £12.00 per hour
